Our Culture
At Square One Studio, we think big, work hard, and have fun. Many of our custom projects are challenging, requiring creative thinking and problem solving. We operate in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving pieces, and we thrive off that energy.
We partner with architects, interior designers, and contractors to bring their ideas to life, from drawings to digital renderings, to the finished product. We like to say that our creativity is limited only by the budget.
We also like to give back to improve the lives of our neighbors in our surrounding community. Whether that’s supporting the arts, kids, or pets, Square One Studio takes an active role in making midtown Kansas City, Missouri, a better place. We light up to talk about the projects we’ve worked on for Kansas City Art Institute and Operation Breakthrough, including the Ignition Lab.
Our Team
We have a small team of around 25 people with a diverse mix of skills, all committed to producing top-quality work. Figuring out how to make it work is all part of the challenge that fires our creative engines.
From interior designers and industrial designers, to talented millworkers with lifetimes of experience, to administrative and scheduling teams who keep us organized, we are all committed to first-class service and uncompromising quality.
